KUALA LUMPUR: WCT Bhd's 50:50 joint venture (JV) to build the RM4.6 billion Nad Al Sheba Dubai Racecourse has been cancelled. WCT said its JV with Arabtec Construction LLC has been given 14 days notice by the contract's employer Meydan LLC of Dubai to cancel the contract.
